Central counselling centres

The Hamburg Youth Employment Agency (Jugendberufsagentur Hamburg) is the central point of contact for young people under the age of 25.

The Information Centre of the HIBB focuses on providing advice about training opportunities for newly arrived young people, regardless of whether or not they have a secure residence status.

The Centre for School and Youth Information (ZSJ) is a service facility of the Authority for Schools, Family and Vocational Training (BSFB). It offers a wide range of services and advice, primarily relating to general education schools and young people. This also includes the issuance of certificates and the assessment or recognition of educational qualifications from Germany and abroad.
